Terms of Use

1.  Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in an Inspired Language Solutions online course.

2.  Payment / Enrollment

The fee for the online course (the “Fee”) must be paid in full at the time of enrollment. Enrollment is not complete until Inspired Language Solutions has received full payment of the Fee or the initial payment of the fee if that you enroll in offers a payment plan. You are responsible for non-payment, even if the Fee is being paid by a third party. Courses will be billed in United States Dollars (USD). Accepted payment methods are PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express. Your enrollment with full payment of the Fee, or initial payment of the Fee for a course with a payment plan option, constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3.  Cancellations and Refunds

You may request to unenroll from a course and receive a 100% refund minus a $15 processing fee within 10 days of enrolling in a course.

To exercise your cancellation rights as set out above, please inform us in writing by email at [email protected].

You will not be entitled to a refund after 10 days of enrolling in a course, except in exceptional circumstances, which will be entirely at the discretion of Inspired Language Solutions.

Inspired Language Solutions reserves the right to cancel the online course by giving you notice in writing (including by email) at any time before the course start date, in which case you will receive a full refund. In this case, liability will be limited to a refund of the fees already paid for that course. If Inspired Language Solutions cancels an online course after the course start date, refunds will be made on a pro rata basis. 

All course dates and times are subject to change. Notice of such change will be given and no refund will be issued for any rescheduled class(es).

All course add-ons are non-refundable.

The pre-enrollment fee to secure your spot in the next course session is non-refundable.

4.  Course Content

The course description is intended to indicate only the general nature of the course and does not guarantee content. Inspired Language Solutions reserves the right to amend the course content and alter details at its discretion.

You will have access to the course content for 9 months after the course start date (approximately 6 months after the course ends) if you are enrolled in a course with live small group classes (courses that run during a specific winter, summer, or fall session). If you are enrolled in a course that does not have a live group class component or in a course with private classes, you will have access to the course content for 18 months from the date of your enrollment.

Please check the exact end date of your course access in your Inspired Language Solutions Learning Portal account.

5.  Copyright and Intellectual Property

By continuing to access or use the online course and the website www.inspiredlanguagesolutions.com, or any content located via the online course and/or on the website, you signify your acceptance of the below terms.  

Inspired Language Solutions grants you a limited license to access and use the content located via the online course and/or on the website in connection with the online course you are enrolled in. As a condition of such license, you agree that:

• All materials – including but not limited to text, photographs, video, audio, images and any other content – appearing via the online course and/or on the website are protected by copyrights and/or other proprietary rights belonging to Inspired Language Solutions and/or other third parties. You agree to abide by all applicable laws regarding copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights and privacy rights in the United States and any other jurisdiction from which you are accessing the website.

• You may not copy, reproduce, duplicate, distribute, disseminate, publish, post, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, upload to, transmit, or in any way exploit any content from the online course and/or on the website.  You may not sell or offer for sale any of the content, or allow third parties to access it. You may use the content from the online course and/or on the website only for personal, non-commercial use.

• Any violation of these terms may result in your expulsion from the online course, and you may be subjected to fines and penalties.

• You agree to maintain the security of any username and password required for accessing the online course. You will notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your username and/or password.

6.  Participant Conduct

Online course participants will have the opportunity to interact with other course participants via the online course content, online community group site, and through live classes via Google Meet. Participants are expected to engage with one another respectfully and will not discriminate against or use disparaging language towards anyone enrolled in the course or in referring to any individual or group outside of the course based on race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, class, age, or ability.

Inspired Language Solutions reserves the right to remove you from the online course and/or the website at any time if you do not respect these guidelines. The decision to remove you from the online course and/or website is entirely at the discretion of Inspired Language Solutions, and no refunds will be granted.

7.  Technology Requirements

The Online Course is facilitated through an online learning management system. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the proper hardware and software requirements, along with access to Wi-Fi, to be able to participate in the course. You will need to ensure you have the proper technology at the time of enrollment.

Inspired Language Solutions is not be responsible for any errors or failures in relation to your ability to access the online course, the website or any related materials, including where such errors or failures are caused by: (i) a loss of connection on our end or your end; (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online software and/or (iii) a breakdown or problems with your internet connection, computer, or system.
